What is EFT Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often called "tapping," is a gentle yet powerful psychological acupressure method that combines the wisdom of ancient Chinese meridian theory with modern psychology. By tapping on specific energy points on the body while focusing on an emotional or physical challenge, you send calming signals directly to the brain's stress center.

Unlike talk therapy, EFT works at the level of the body and nervous system, not just the mind. Within a single session, long-held emotional patterns, anxieties, and limiting beliefs can begin to dissolve, leaving you with a profound sense of calm and clarity.

The Process

How It Works

Identify the Issue

We pinpoint the specific emotion, memory, or belief creating a block, and rate its intensity from 0 to 10.

Set Up Statement

While tapping the karate chop point, we acknowledge the problem and affirm self-acceptance: "Even though I feel this way, I deeply and completely love myself."

Tap Through Points

We tap through 8 meridian points, eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collarbone, under arm, and top of head, while repeating a reminder phrase.

Check and Retest

We re-rate the intensity and continue rounds until the emotional charge drops to 0, replacing the old pattern with calm and clarity.

What to Expect
