What is Inner Child Healing?
Inner Child Healing is a gentle, profound practice for reaching the younger parts of you that still carry unmet needs, old fears, and unhealed wounds. The experiences we live through as children, especially the painful or frightening ones, don't simply fade. They settle into the body and the psyche, quietly shaping how we love, react, and protect ourselves as adults.
In this work, Rashmi helps you meet that inner child with the compassion they always deserved, listening to what they needed, tending to the hurt, and offering the safety and love that may have been missing.
